No camcorder shortcut?

I've searched for a way to do this, haven't found anything yet. Any tips?

I'd like to be able to have a shortcut for direct camera or camcorder...

Launcher Pro allows you to add an activity. Press and hold like you're going to add a widget, choose shortcut then activities. From there it let's you pick the application. Choose camera, then it expands and choose camcorder. Pretty cool icon, too! :cool:
 
This doesn't work for me. I hit activities and nothing happens for 30 seconds and then a black screen comes up with a blue bar at the top that says activities, but that's it.
