Hello. I'm not an expert when it comes to phones so I really need help. I own an android phone and it was working perfectly fine. I'm using this for a year already. Then suddenly, the lock button didn't work fine. It can unlock, but can't lock. So what I did is I restarted it. Then it opened up to a "no command" screen. Then the volume buttons are not working so I can't choose from the choices. Before restarting, the volume buttons were working perfectly fine. My phone is stuck to "no command" now. I don't know what to do now. Please help me..
