Help "NO COMMAND" lgms345 Bricked?

I have friend who brought this phone over for me to fix. LGMS345 . the the Phone turns on to show LLoyd laying on his back with the, "NO COMMAND " directly underneath him. I am correct in saying this phone is bricked? Yes or NOT? if it is give me a clue on the fix... spent too much time on this phone already and paid for it, I know I need to reinstall stock just point me where. Thank you very much you are too cool.

Your device is attempting to boot into recovery mode instead of the system. When you get a "NO COMMAND", it means that you are in recovery mode but the device hasn't been instructed on what to do (for example, a system update).
