This is probably a root issue, but there's still no dedicated U.S. Cellular section so I'll start this here and let the mods do as they may.

I got the new Titanium backup update to save your backups as a zip and thought I'd try it out. I zipped, flashed a new rom, and restored. When I did, I had no service. I went back to the last rom I was using, AOKP, and still nothing I even tried reloading my stock image. Nada.

All I get is a tiny R above where the bars would be. No cell service, no data.
Under my "About Phone" stats, It says I'm not roaming, Mobile network state: Disconnected. The my phone number section doesn't even show the correct number just a bunch of zeros and four insignificant numbers.
My wifi does connect fine.

In addition to loading other images, I've taken the battery out, toggled airplane mode and other simple solutions. Nothing.

I've had three rooted android devices that I've regularly tinkered with, but nothing like this. Any ideas? I hope?

Tried that. Got my MSID from US Cellular and it didn't do much. Any other ideas??

Well you have to remember that I wrote that for somebody who only had her phone number and MIN number wiped. You need to open your settings and about phone, tap on status to see what you have in tact and whats missing. Everything missing can be restored using that hidden menu. You might even want to use the last option rtn menu (you have to be in portrait mode to see it) to reset everything. You will need your msl to do so. You can get that using meid converter in the playstore.

Edit: you might want to check this thread out too.

The My Phone Number and MIN were the only things I lost.

Assuming the numbers are right and I don't know why they wouldn't be, I have numbers for MEID, IMEI and ICCID.

You should be able to make calls and texts now right? Well thats a start. Now all you gotta do is reset your mobile networks. There should be a setting somewhere for that either from anycut or in main settings. But first I would try a factory reset from settings first to see if that works.

No, unfortunately I still can't call or text. I'm getting nothing.

If all your radio info is there then i don't know why you aren't able to at least make calls and text. I'm guessing it's probably due to us cellular using different bands then metro.

It's a longshot but maybe double check your MIN. I had a typo in mines and had one hell of a time trying to figure it out before. Good luck.
