No contacts on the Phone screen but they appear in People

Hello,

Yesterday I saved a new number to my SIM card. Now when I select Phone on the home screen I only see this single SIM contact. I've since deleted it, recreated and saved it to my phone, however still when going to Phone, there's an empty screen.

I can't figure it out, any suggestions please?

How very odd. Just turned it off to charge and when turning it back on I've received them 'Unable to detect your current time zone. tap below to select a city.', then checking the Phone menu, all my contacts are there...
