If by cradle you mean desktop dock, then yes. There are 2 actually and I have both.
Standard station.
HD Dock for Motorola Smartphones and Tablets - Overview - Motorola Mobility, Inc. USA
Nice enough, has power in, audio out (very nice, don't have to keep plugging in 3.5mm jack), and 1 HDMI mini out for watching movies and stuff on your tv through your phone.
HD station.

Very nice, has same as above but includes 3 USB inputs so you can make your phone into a comp (usb keyboard and mouse and external storage). Personally I use it to plug in my bluetooth headset to charge at night, so in the morning everything is in one place.
The only complaint I have for both (the HD station more than the standard for some reason), is since they're generic (you can also use them for you Xoom, or other motorola product), the fit is a little off. And you have to set where the connectors and back sit at. Kind of annoying.

I've been meaning to buy this for my D4, but I wanted to ask what is the Smart Modes feature like? I basically was wanting it hoping that the bedside mode and office desk mode were good. I would be using the dock as a bedside clock at night (is there a dim feature?) and a way to easily access the alarm app. I live in a dorm, so my desk doubles as a nightstand, lol.
Any video demos of this feature? Could you possibly make one?

Car mode/ smart mode - seemed nice at first but not customizable enough for me, reinstalled car dock v3
As far as the desktop docks,
there are 4 choices I only remember 2 and only use one.
The desk clock is pretty much the same with a little more functionality. nice I kind of like it.
