No custom ring tone

Hello can anyone tell me what has happened to my custom ring tone.. i just got a call and my ring tone has change and i did not do it.. i try and play my music and i get an error that says sorry player can not read this audio format..thank you

I have no idea it was just music i picked up from my music player.. i have figured it out..my music player crasged i lost all my song.. had to start over with new music player.. i do thank yoh for your responce
