Help No data - is it because i'm porting my number?

Right now my N4 has the signal bars greyed out and no 3G/HSDPA icon. I can text out and call out just fine, but I have no data. Is this because I haven't had my number successfully ported yet? I can't receive texts or calls but I know that's because the number hasn't been ported.

The sim card loaded them just fine. They seem to be correct.

Who is your service provider?

I have a t-mobile N4 and I use the ATT sim from straighttalk the settings that are there by default do not work. I ended up using the APN settings for ATT straight talk that I found in a post here.
