Welcome to Android Forums. Unfortunately, if you can't install a certain application from the Google Play Store onto your device, chances are that the application isn't compatible with your device. However, if you had already installed said application then uninstall _ you might have other problems going on with your device.
Try to install this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.inspectorade.android. If you are still getting the same error...you might not be able to get it onto the device.
