no email - please help

Please help. My email works fine when my Samsung Galaxy Ace is connected to my home hub via the wi-fi. However when I leave the house and am out my phone will not 'pick up' my emails via 3G. This has now happened 3 days running so think its the phone not connecting rather than being in a remote area. When I do a 'manual refresh' of the email it always states "unable to connect to server". Please help with thanks.

Have you been able to use your e-mail through 3G before? I'm asking you this since it seems like your APN / server settings in your phone aren't correct. Check your carrier's settings just to be sure.
