Help No emails :(

Hi im new to the forum,
I have recently updated my samsung s3 and after the update I can no longer get my emails on my phone, the account is hotmail and for some reason it won't show any previous or new messages but I can send messages fine
Can someone please help me

First off welcome to the forums Lizzie

Secondly, if you are using the default mail app, might i suggest to download the hotmail email app, would probably fix your issue.

Remove the email account, restart the phone, then set it up again.

I had this issue when I updated to jellybean - I just removed the account and then put settings back in and it solved my problem.
