No flash

I have had my replacement phone through a couple of months back but there seems to be a problem with the flash...there isn't one. Torch apps don't work and there is no flash on the camera. Somehow I never noticed until now so I'm not sure if it's always been like this or not. Any suggestions? Or should I just call ee again and get them to send another? Will I have to pay excess again?

Do a factory reset and if it Dont work still ask for a warranty exchange when they see you just got a phone and it didn't work they may provide you with a working one or fix that one

You could try a factory reset, which is probably the first thing EE will suggest, but I'd just give them a call.

I think you'd be clear re. excess as this is a fault not caused by you. If it were me, I'd certainly be adamant that I wasn't paying.

Well I factory reset and no dice.
Will have to call EE and see what happens
