Help No folders on PC

When I try to connect my S7 to the pc, no folders appear when there should. I am in debugging mode and my phone is unlocked. Please help.
 
Pull down the status bar when connected and touch USB setting and pick file transfer mode. You will hear the connection beeps again and the files should show.
