I have installed this apllication on my samsung galaxy S Duos, but don't know how to use it. Could you plese help me and descibe what steps i need to follow for this.
 
If you're talking about No Frills CPU Control, the best thing you can do with it is uninstall it. You can totally destroy your phone with it if you don't know what you're doing.
