Help No full screen video on gtab 7.0 plus??

I've tried a few different players and cannot get full screen video. The bar at the bottom is always there (with the small dots like in ICS). Is there no way to get rid of that?!?!

What's the point of taking away a huge chunk of screen real estate you can't ever get back for watching videos? I really hope I'm overlooking something...seems silly to have no full screen video on a tablet.

Hi, JKC120. I am thinking what video resolution you set to play on your Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus? No full screen video may be caused by it. You'd better reset your video resolution to 1024*600 pixels to play movie at Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus in full screen. Another matter may be a black border of your original video as what you've mentioned a bar at the bottom. Once i also met the similar trouble that black borders always around one video on may tab 7.0 plus. But I remove the black border with my app Brorsoft Video Converter via its crop function. Good luck.

Actually, it is a limitation of the OS, as I've now found out. The navigation bar withe the home button, back button, etc is not hidden as it is in Ice Cream Sandwich. I returned the device as I'm not ok with losing 10% of the vertical screen for video playback.
