I'm a little confused about their "Engineering Problem" explanation. When 2.3.4 first came out, I used the video chat on 3G with no issues at all. Did they somehow re-engineer my phone while I've had? Are phone fairies sneaking into my room at night?

Wonder if the 3g video chat works on the i9020a (AT&T version) on the AT&T network?
