Yahoo video works to other phones and to windows clients only.
You can use Fring, which will call others on fring with video. Or Tango, which will call others on Tango with video.
I personally will refuse to use any of these because they both SUCK!
Yahoo is a bit better but only works with windows clients, I, and everybody I chat with run OSX.

I am wondering why more people haven't really bitched about this issue. One of the reasons my wife and I got TB's was for the video chat ability, since we both travel and would like to see each other when talking when we are separated.
Wasn't that supposed to be one of the, if not the only, main reason for the FFC?

Yeah, its probably my biggest complaint about the phone. Skype should be coming eventually. Although I don't really see why they don't just scrap skype, and focus on Gchat video chat. Seems like an obvious choice.
