I cannot access my Hotmail email account through my network (plusnet) on my android Moto g phone. I can access the internet and my email account through wifi and I can access the internet through my network but I cannot access my email through my network with wifi turned off..
I have tried my sim card in a windows phone and I can access my email through my network. I have tried an alternative network sim card in my Moto g phone but cannot access the hotmail account through the network on this sim card (iD) either so it seems to be a problem with the android phone.
Any suggestions please. Is it a setting on the phone?
