Help No ICS update for Canada?

I'm with fido (canada) and my phone is the RAZR XT910 (i think it's called droid too?, that's why I post here)

People seem to have the new update but I'm still on 2.3.6

Is it normal?

Should I have it already / anytime soon?

I saw posts saying that they were still working on the GSM version, have not looked for corroboration since I have a CDMA phone.
