Root No internet and email after root

I've rooted my Xperia X10 to the R2BA023. My problem is that I can no-longer connect to The Market, Internet, or E-mail. I can do everything though if I switch on my WiFi. I've tried rooting backdown to v20 with no luck, and I've tried redoing v23 several times. I am on Rogers/Fido in Ontario Canada if that helps. I'm at a loss here guys, any help would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone is located in the Cambridge, Ontario area in Canada, mabey we could hook-up somewhere to help me resolve my issue.
 
And that's all it is? Will they know that a root has been applied to the phone? Any suggestions on what I would tell them why I have no access?

Solved.

Turns out that after the root to 23 I had to create a new APN.
As follows incase others have the same issue.
After the root I only had access to the browser, sms and mms services. I had no access to The Market and E-mail.

The solution was to create a new APN.
Name: Rogers New
APN: rogers-core-appl1.apn

** I left everything else alone**
