htc wildfire,three network i can't seem to connect to anything that requires internet even though i have wifi

Welcome to Android Forums. Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.
Have you tried deleting the network you have selected. Turning phone off. Pulling battery. Holding power button for 30 seconds.
Then turn off router. Unplug from power. Wait for 5 minutes. Plug router back in, powering it back on. Wait for it to fully reboot, then power phone on and after it fully reboots try selecting your network again.
If that doesn't work, you might need to do a factory reset if the phone has never been rooted.
