Well, we need more information from you to be able to offer specific advice:
Are you trying to use wifi or mobile data? If wifi, does it connect to the wifi network?
Are there any error messages on the device?
Has it worked previously and if so was that in the same location?
As much info as possible about the problem and what has changed recently may allow a helpful answer
