Help No Internet (data) on g or 3g (Orange UK)

Hey all,
I have a Galaxy S3 on the Orange network in the UK. I seem to have an Internet issue with my handset that's a little annoying.
I can only get any kind of Internet (data) when connected via HSPDA+ I have no connection whatsoever with either g or 3g and even when connected via HSPDA+ the connection drops out every few seconds and I have to refresh to reload the Page.
I know this is not an issue with the network as my old iphone 4 has perfect Internet connection on 3g in the same places my S3 has none.
Has anyone else experienced the same or similar?
Just wondering if anyone has a fix for this before I take it back to the Carphone Warehouse for them to look at it.

Are there multiple known apn settings for your carrier? I would see if a slightly different one has any positive affects. But I'm assuming that your using an unlocked device which in turn the Samsung device will auto default u to the sim card. The apn Samsung defaulted me to was not the latest settings for at&t when I first got my phone. I ended up creating a new one and have noticed benefits.
