Hi, my friend found a samsung galaxy gio while he on tour in europe and i work at wind mobile so i thought i could give him a hand with fixing his problem. I have tried it with his wind mobile sim card and it works fine for calls and text but not for internet except when connecting to Wi-Fi. i tried multiple times searching for a network manually and all that comes up is WIND (away). i know that im in a home zone because i'm at work. I also tried to set up a VPN (both PPTP and a L2TP) with the network provider server which i did (internet.windmobile.ca) but then when i select it, it says: Connect to wind mobile and asks for a username and password. what should i do next?
