Help No internet service, please help!

Ok we just moved recently to a different city and the service sucks. We have metro pcs on the admire. We can get calls and texts but I can not get online or play games like wordfeud. Is there anything i can do or are we just srcewed?

Are you able to use the phone through a WiFi connection with no issues
Not sure if you have tried applying this but it does boost 3g speeds

What area do you live in-it may be that 3g is just poor in that area also

What area do you live in-it may be that 3g is just poor in that area also

There's a wifi connect available but we dont know the password, it's a guest account but no clue how to get pw. I will try the boost 3g. My phone shows 3g w/bars some times but they are white, not green. We live in Arlington texas.

Give that method a try and see if it helps.
The sad thing is that Metro IS focused more on 4G as opposed to 3G however that should not matter as we are all paying customers.
Even here in the Metro Detroit area I experience "Dead Zones"

data service been out till around 12:00 today in philadelphia. metro really blowsssssss
it was back up to the great 1x speed of 826 ping 126 d/l 136 u/l around 1:00 pm.

but this won't help your wifi sorry dude

Not having service wasn't just cuz of today, been like this for wk nd half. Now i have no internet or connection anywhere, not sure if it's from the storm last night or not..
