Help No Keyboard!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I received an email from Swype saying that there was a new version of Swype available so I deleted my old version of Swype and the Installer so I could get the new updated version and then I clicked on an area where I could type in and there was no keyboard...

So I checked under Settings--> Language & Keyboard and there was nothing under Keyboard settings...what should I do???

I did, but I don't have the ability to type anything in and I need to do just that to download Swype...

Okay...after some thought, copying, and pasting, I was able to get Swype back, but that is now the only keyboard that I have...how can I get the default one back? >.<

I had the same thing happen with the keyboard. I hate to say it but the only way to get it back it a factory reset.
