no "lock screen option" anywhere

Hi, I'm using sIII mini GT-I8190, i want to edit lock screen setting but where i can find this option, my personal tabs only have: location service, security, language, and backup. in my security tab only have: from top encrypt device, encrypt external SD, remote control, etc. please help, Thanks
