Root no longer able to use usb on computer outside of recovery

hey guys, sorry to ask, but has anyone had the issue of usb connection no longer working outside of recovery on the leon? i tried different cables, installing different drivers, but windows will not see the phone so i can put music and pictures to and from it.

Your OS? Formatting your computer maybe it will solve it. Instead of formatting you should try change the driver from device manager.
