Help No longer recieve app notifications

Recently I was fiddling with the CleanMaster app's (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&hl=en) "Autostart Manager" in its phone boost section, trying to make it so other apps wouldn't start on their own or stay open. But after doing so, and adding apps I DID in fact want to stay open (so I could receive their notifications) to the "ignore list" I seemed to stop getting them completely, unless I manually opened the app. The apps currently in question are textPlus, Snapchat, and the Facebook Messenger. Obviously I think the CleanMaster app is the culprit of this problem, but I have such a limited understanding of its "Autostart Manager" that I don't know how to fix it. I've tried setting them to "on," "off," and adding them to the ignore list, and even uninstalled and reinstalled to try to reset it to default, but it seemed to remember its options and the problem persisted. Anyone know how to solve this? I suppose I could get rid of the CleanMaster app completely but it's cleaning and memory boosting is very helpful, so I'd prefer that to be a last resort. My phone is also rooted if that helps at all.

Hi, you may need to re install the apps you've disabled the receivers for. Sometimes just re enabling the receivers you disabled will fix it.
I like greenify which can hibernate apps which you're not using.

I uninstalled them all and reinstalled them, then did the same to CleanMaster. Unfortunately that didn't seem to work, I'm still not getting any notifications from these apps.
