Help No low light setting for camera in 4.1.2

I have an S3 and my wife a Note. I hated the camera on S3 for low light pictures in pub etc. as they were always way to dull. 4.1.2 on the S3 allowed you to go into settings then shooting mode and it has an option now called low light. This has drastically improved the quality of the camera in low light settings. Updated the Note to 4.1.2 yesterday and it does not have this option unfortunately. It still has various options like candle mode when you go into scene mode option but not the low light mode in shooting mode. There are several postings online stating that 4.1.2 was to bring low light mode to the note. Shame it appears to have been missed out.
