no mms att sim

Got a note 2 (clone) for straight talks Byop plan. But having issues, and no suprise, ST reps, not much help.


Note 2 n7100, everything works except mms.

Apn set for the tfdata, per their site, aswell as a few dozen more forums.... The ATT.mvno does not work with the new sims, so I use the tfdata settings.

Any ideas?

New Sim, from ST, at&t, 2 weeks old. Byop Sim. good service now, just no mms.

Yup, them are my settings..

I came from a precident phone (no LTE)

Do i need LTE provisioning put on my account?

Seems like mms would work without needing LTE.

UPDATE!

Problem fixed!

Factory Reset with no sim or sd card in it.

Once reset finished, it reboots in chinese. Insert sim, automatically changes to english..

Reset APN as per the straight talk site (see above link) MMS working.

Only hang up now is sync.. NO sync contacts option available. (IDK why)

I know nobody likes the clones, me included, but just happened to get screwed and stuck with this one.

Thanks for the update, I set up a straight talk att sim for my dad few months ago and used the apn settings listed it worked well so I think those apn settings are fairly good.
