Help No more attachments...

Hi All,

I've run into a snag. When someone sends me a text with an attachment, I get this rectangular white button that says "download". When I click it,I get a progress bar for maybe, 1/2 second, then a message about the DL failing. I had posted this originally in the Android Questions section and got some help, but it still persists. I've tried toggling "Smart Switch" and WiFi, sometimes the pics come thru but mostly not. I have checked my space and it shows 12.2g free. Please save me a trip back to the T-Mobile store!

Hey, just noticed the size on this attachment was 649k. My phone automatically shrinks pix to the correct size for MMS, could this be a problem on the senders side?

I've been having the same issue with my note 4 just in the last week. Most times it doest end up downloading anything. It also happens if it's just a longer text message. I've been trying to do the latest update from 5.0.1 to whatever is next but issues there as well so may be related? I'm on at&t

Happens occasionally with my (Verizon) phone; not sure why this suddenly appeared.
