Help no more email pop up after S3 upgrade to 4.3

i cannot see my email pop up after upgrade to 4.3.
need to refresh to see new emails.

plz advice how to solve . many thk in advance

Do you have sync enabled in email, and a reasonable sync period? ("Never" isn't reasonable if you want syncing - that will only sync when you open the app.)

from sync settings

firstly
(1/1) i check the 'master sync has been disabled ' .
(1/2)did a test but still need to press refresh icon to see new incoming email without any notification of ringtone nor vibrate
(1/3)then before i read the email , i try to see the email icon - only then i can see number 1 for the new email just received after refresh.


secondly
(2/1) with sync disabled,
(2/2)did a test but even while i pressed refresh icon there is no action .this is ok because its not sync.
(2/3) i try step firstly .

Note: i chked notification and ringtone is postman
period to sync email is one month
