OK so I gave up with it as I was and always will be a sega/sony PS boi but found a Mario Bro copy that has an odd but kinda working work around the no multi touch issue.
Search for "Mobile Andrio" on the market, I found it via the appbrain "app"
Now if they did Sonic like this I might have played and tried for longer
Here is a screen shot with all the screen buttons it works but it can be annoying, but I know there will be some Mario phans out there that will love this!
