Help No network connection message

Since I bought my phone last week I'm getting a lot of no network connection messages even though I'm sitting five feet away from my router and I'm showing a full signal in my status bar. Doesn't exactly seem to be preventing me from browsing, just sometimes when the screen tries to refresh I get the message. Anyone else?

Can you make a phone call when it says 'no network'? My guess is it means phone network, not data

Hmmm, not sure. I'll try it next time I get the message. But I do notice that whenever the message comes up I get the Little rotating buffering sign like when my new stories in pulse or Flipboard are trying to refresh
