Help No network since ICS update

I have just done an OTA update on my Galaxy S2, The file was around 220mb and I download over WIFI,

After the download my phone restarted with no network, I've gone to network settings - select network but its telling me to insert a simcarm

Ive restarted it but it still has the same problem, What should I do

If I go to privacy- wipe your device will this fix it

Contact your phone network - sounds like you lost the mobile APN settings. They should be able to send you an sms with them attached or talk you through setting them up manually. The APN setting tell the phone how to access you particular carrier for MMS and internet over the mobile network?
