No network

[Android Question]

I have a HTC Sensation Z710a, I swapped from Telstra to iinet and now I have no internet connection for anything I do e.g. maps, GPS, FB OR text msgs containing pics, mms etc. anything internet. It used to work with Telstra but not since I switched sim cards. I called iinet & they couldn't help me either??

Its not quite clear whether you are talking about wifi or mobile data internet access. I assume you mean mobile data:

Have you checked the APN settings (access point names) on your phone. They need to be set for iinets mobile network (I assume thats what you are using).

I believe the setting is "internet" but you should check with iinet.

(** or something similar - I dont have your phone) you can check they are set correctly and hopefully be able to change them if they are not. If the setting is stuck at something different (such as telstra.internet) and is greyed out you have a problem because that means that the telstra original rom has the settings hard coded and the phone is not properly unlocked.
