Help No Network

Hello i m using htc desire 816 and by mistake changed network settings on ussd code *#*#4636#*#* and from that day not getting network on that sim slot. i sent email to customer service they told me to hard reset the phone. i did but no change so please help me how to reset those settings :'(

Go back into that menu and change the setting back, assuming you know what setting you changed.

The post implies a dual sim device, so you may have settings that most of us have not seen, so if you want advice you may need to describe the options.

Though a factory reset should clear those like everything else.
