No notification LED or touch key LEDs, really?

How is this even possible? This seems like a nice phone for the price, and I could deal with no touch key LEDs, but no notification LED may very well be a deal breaker for me. I can't simply rely on sound notification for new texts...any suggestions? I was perhaps thinking of an app for camera LED flash notification, but who knows how well that will work with the LED on the back of the phone.

Here you go, I hope this is what you're looking for. Someone developed an app that has LED flash notifications for both the front facing and back facing flash.

I haven't tested it out but if you don't have the phone already and you're thinking of buying it, let me know and I'll be happy to test the flash notifications out for you.

Likely not exactly what you are looking for but look at settings - accessibility - hearing - flash notification.

Thanks guys...the built in flash notify is only for the back LED it seems. The app Kip Kap posted works but you can't make it repeat. I found another app called Flash Alerts 2 that does the same thing, but again you can't make it repeat...it's only a 1 time flash. I need a constant flash that repeats every 30 seconds or so. I guess my only choice now is it make my own app, or just get a different phone since this is basically all Samsung's fault for cutting corners
