Help No Notification Sound

There is No notification Sound ..
Forr message WhatsApp or anything .
I have tried everything,like formatting,cache clearing.
Checked all sound system.
But No notification...sound !

I get my notification sound,when i play games.
When i am in a call. There is no sound for loudspeaker.

And one more thing ,when i go into settings,for changing my ringtone sound.. i can here the sound of the options in the stock ringtone.

But when i go into changing my notification sound.. i cannot here the tones.


I am using MOTOROLA G -2014
and handset is fully updated

And i tried all 3rd party app for notifications but it won't.

I can only hear my notification when i am playing game or listening to music.

All other sound like alarm caller tune..are working ..


Plz help me out !!!

Hi,
Go to settings scroll down to sound & notifications.
Tap on this.
Tap on the gear icon next to general.
Scroll down to default notification sound.
Tap on this
Scroll down to " none". and unmark.

I have already set my notification tune!

It still dnot work.

I knw all about mobile.. but i cannot figure this out !
