Help No Notifications!

I don't get notifications for certain apps such as: Snapchat, Instagram, Game of war and Twitter. I have searched this forum as well as different ones and have had no luck in fixing this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

I assume you've checked within the apps for notification settings, but did you look in the app manager and see if it's disabled there? Are you using any power management apps that might be blocking it?
