No. of contacts in a group

I tried to create a group on my GN2 and found it can take only 20 names or did I do something wrong? How to send sms to a large group? I was using a Blackberry earlier wherein I could create a group of upto 100 names.

Let me put this way. The group may contain 40 plus but can we send sms to all of them at one go? When I am putting a group in receipient field its just picking first 10 names from that group for sms.

Its when u want to send a new year greetings or things like that u want it go to everyone in that group in one stroke. How to do it in note 2?
