no operazting system

I think my phone was hacked thru fb and when i turned it on it had custom operating system and no0w is stuck say downloading do not turn off target it has product amazing3gtrf version # custom binary download no current binary samsung official how do i fix this?
 
Flash a ROM to it. Look in the forum (here, in the Android Phones section) for that phone for ROMs and instructions.
