Help No outgoing calls

I have a S7 Edge that only sometimeshows doesn't allow me to make out going calls. my text messaging works fine and I recieve calls fine. I have had 2 S7 edges in a row with this problem, I have replaced the sim card. everyone at telstra I've talked to has no idea what the problem is either.

Any help?

Sounds like shoddy cell phone service, and of course you're carrier may not admit to it

Sounds like you've already eliminated phone or SIM as possible culprits, so it can only be your carrier left. Were the phones supplied by Telstra?
