Root no PC = no root?

Is there any way to root the Score without a PC? I know the normal Score also has the sync_agent back door. Can this be used to root the phone from the phone itself? (with a terminal emulator maybe?). What about gingerbreak?

Please, any info would be appreciated. I really want this phone rooted but have no access to a PC.

Edit: Realized you meant can you root from the phone itself, not a Mac/PC thing. Don't think you can do that. Could be wrong though.

As far as i know rooting without a PC is impossible but hey i could be wrong
