no phone storage

Help ... my phone is always showing low storage spqce, I know that this is internal space so I downloaded app 2 SD but apparently I have nothing I can move to my SD card but still no space... I have no apps as I can't download them what can I do?

Depending on which phone you have, there are a couple of things you can do. And the best way really is to root your phone and install Link2SD.
