No picture on MX Android tv box

Hi i have a mx android tv box when i play videos or tv i have sound but no picture i trie
d a factory restore but i would not restore can any one help please

If you mean within xbmc?? Then you need to go in to your settings > video > accelerators and uncheck all apart from "libstagefright" and see how you go.

Yes if you get a picture on the android box then it isn't the cables, if it's in xbmc then you will have to go I to the system and check settings the fix is on youtube and how to.
