No pin code screen

Hi,
I have a SGS2/2.3.6.
My problem is that if I turn off my phone while it's set on plane mode (no network) and when I turn it on, it remembers its last state so it turns on as plain mode.
The problem is that if I change the profile to get connected, it doesn't show the pin code screen anymore even if I press the home button or if I switch to plain mode again... I tried everything. So my phone stays un-connected and I have to reboot it.

Any idea if there is a setting I missed?

Pin code for what? There's no pin code when toggling plane mode?

In my case when I turn on the phone, the pin code screen is shown unless the last state of my phone was in plane mode before shutting it down.

And then when I change the state to be able to call, no pin code screen is presented
