no play store on andriod 4.1tablet

I have got this tablet Allview speed city, and it dose not have play store and if I download it it will not run or open!!!!!!

Any manufacturer can put android on a device....but google's apps are not open source so they cannot install apps like google play without a license. You have to locate and install the right version of the google apps for your device based on the OS version. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of information about your particular device, though there are a number of discussions over on the XDA forums. Apparently it is a clone of another tablet made by Onda. I would google "allview speed city gapps" or "allview speed city play store". That's the best I can tell you at this point.

However you do it, you will need Google Services Framework and the vending apk for the Playstore apk to work. Just the Playstore app alone won't give you a working Playstore.
