Hi! I'm using a galaxy s4 active, and don't seem to get any notifications from apps while the phone is on the mobile network. if i open the snapchat app for example it shows i have x new snaps, but the phone does not notify me of this. when i later connect to wifi, all the notifications comes flooding in, even though i have already checked the apps manually earlier while on the mobile network. Anyone know how to fix this? (on wifi the push is working fine)
